Omni Commercial Group partnered with Skender Construction, serving as the general contractor, to deliver interior construction services for The Chase at 791 Elm Street in Winnetka, Illinois. This project required close coordination among project teams and trades to ensure quality craftsmanship, schedule adherence, and seamless execution throughout the construction process.

Omni Commercial Group was contracted to provide comprehensive interior construction services, including framing, drywall installation, taping and finishing, doors, frames and hardware installation, and finish carpentry. Our team focused on delivering precise workmanship and attention to detail at every stage, helping create a polished and functional environment that meets the project's design and performance requirements.
