Omni Commercial Group, Inc. was built on a foundation of facilities management professionals, serving the Chicagoland area since 1985. Over time, we expanded to offer full general contracting services, managing construction projects across a wide range of industries and complexities.

Our leadership is grounded in deep industry knowledge and decades of experience. Christina Chwala serves as President, CEO, and CFO of the company. She is supported by Kevin Chwala as Vice President of Marketing, Mike Dicker as Vice President of Operations, Steven Whitecotton as Vice President of Construction Services, and Brian Smith as Chief Operations Officer.


Today, Omni is a union-affiliated, women-owned company backed by a team of construction professionals with hundreds of years of combined experience. We’ve successfully delivered over 1,000 projects and are proud to be trusted by some of the region’s leading facility management and development companies for projects of all sizes—from minor renovations to full-scale ground-up construction.

We manage every project using OmniCPM—our structured, in-house Construction Project Methodology developed over decades of real-world experience. OmniCPM reflects our dedication to proactive communication, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership at every phase.



In October 2016, we enhanced our methodology by integrating Procore, one of the construction industry’s most respected project management platforms. This technology supports streamlined workflows, detailed documentation, and full transparency throughout each project.
