Mr. Chwala began his career in facilities maintenance of buildings. To manage this, he developed a foundation of communication that began with listening to what his clients needed and then responding with action as he promised. His 25+ years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management are a vital asset to client relationships Omni has forged throughout their history. As Kevin learned more about his clients in engineering, construction, and project management, he added services to fill their needs by starting new companies. Today, Omni Commercial Group, Inc. is one of many companies started by Kevin that focus on construction issues—all born out of his original process of listening and responding. This is still the foundation of our company today.
